Technical Director Land Development

London

Role

• To take a key lead role in Land Development projects, with emphasis on development related issues associated with provision of general infrastructure, utilities procurement (including renewable forms of energy), reviewing the impact of sustainability issues upon project design requirements (BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes etc), providing technical advice and review.
• To establish and consolidate relationships with clients, on the basis of providing commercially aware advice during project delivery as well as maintaining relationships after project completion
• To use technical knowledge to identify and realise new client opportunities - seen to add value.
• Able to guide and technical manage professional team

Experience requirements:

Proven track record of technical leadership (at Technical Director level) within developer/major house builder or consultancy.  Experienced in residential/mixed use, urban regeneration and/or commercial development leading schemes through pre-planning, planning and construction stages.

Chartered (or equivalent) member of an appropriate professional institution
