Job description

Solar Project Development Manager, Germany, €75K+

My client is a leading solar PV installations company and they are looking for an experienced solar PV project development manager.

Responsibilities:-

• Identification and assessment of new locations throughout Europe and the assessment of implementation possibilities
• Preparation and negotiation of project development contracts, lease contracts, corporate takeover contracts, etc.
• Technical and legal assistance with approval processes
• Negotiations with authorities and network operators / utilities
• Estimation of cost-effectiveness of projects - due diligence
• Responsibility for project development
• Establishment and development of a network in Spain and Italy for sustainable market development in the construction of large-scale plants

Requirements:-

• Engineering background preferred
• Very good English and Italian proficiency required, knowledge of additional languages beneficial
• Experience in planning and selling renewable energy sources preferred, ideally in the Spanish and Italian markets
• MUST be fluent in German and English
• Ability to travel across Europe for site visits
