Senior CDM Officer, Bangkok, Thailand $60k

This leading international oil and gas company are looking to expand their CDM team across South East Asia. They already have an office in Bangkok and Beijing but are looking for an experienced CDM professional with a good understanding of the South East Asian market (Indonesia/Malaysia/Philippines) to work in Bangkok, Thailand helping to expand contacts and project developments in the SEA area.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct due diligence on all pipeline projects
• Manage and initiate the entire CDM process from start to finish - PDD through to certification
• Identify, contact and assess key third parties to ensure all projects are completed in the most cost-effective manner.
• Be the key point of contact for all third parties involved with the CDM process (DOEs, local DNAs, CDM EB, CDM developers and consultants.)
• Keep contact and liaise with the key contact in head office to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:-

• Finance / Environmental / Economics / Engineering Degree
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• 2-3 years of CDM project experience
• Must be fluent in English, Asian language a bonus
• Existing client contacts with SEA CDM market definite plus
