Job description

My client is a fast growing manufacturer of photovoltaic crystalline solar modules. They are currently looking to hire a Project Manager in their Research and Development Department to focus on new silicon crystalline PV modules. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team in a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company.

Responsibilities include:

• Directly managing a team of 8, with another team of 8 indirect reports
• Overseeing the development of experiments to create new, more efficient processes
• Characterization of fabricated cells
• Come up with new ways to reduce costs
• Work closely with the Production Engineering Manager to implement new processes

Skills and responsibilities needed:

• At least MSC level in Physics (semiconductors) or chemical engineering
• Strong leadership skills
• Background in photovoltaic cell manufacturing with at least 5 years\' experience
• Passionate about solar cell production
