Job description

My client develops renewable energy plants across Europe. Having grown extensively across a number of other European countries, including Italy, Spain and Greece, they are now looking to hire a new country head to begin their operations in France. This is a senior position for a candidate looking to join an ambitious, hungry and dynamic organisation, with the opportunity to build and manage a large team as time goes on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing the new office in France (preferably based in the southern regions of the country)

• Helping to promote the company\'s name within the French market

• Helping to secure land permits to build renewable energy projects on

• Building and managing a team of business development, project management and engineering staff from the French office

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-10 years of business development experience within renewable energies

• Must have founded your own company or started up a foreign subsidiary

• Strong understanding of project finance

• Fluent French and English speaker

• Able to travel regularly
